Introduction to Pilates - I advise all who are new to Pilates to join me for an Introductory 50 minute 1:1 Session. The session introduces the principals and benefits of Pilates through movement, alignment, breathing, centering, and strength. We look at how your body moves, taking you through the beginner exercises to challenge and progress you to the next level.
