Private Sessions - Online
Private Sessions are an excellent choice for clients who wish to develop technique or work on specific areas. The 50 minute sessions are tailored to individuals requirements and can be arranged at mutually convenient times online.
Introduction to Pilates - I advise new clients to join me for an Introductory 1:1 sessions. The session last 50 minutes. We introduce the principals and benefits of Pilates, We look at how your body moves, taking you through the beginner exercises so you have a sound understanding before joining a group session. Private sessions are online.
