I am filming a wide variety of mat classes to help you acquire knowledge, upgrade your skills or learn something completely new.
Classes range from 10 to 45 minutes, are suitable for all ages and abilities including the complete beginner!
No equipment needed, however some classes include the use of small equipment such as resistance bands, magic circles or exercise balls.
Regular Pilates will increase your strength and flexibility, improve your posture, alleviate aches or just help you de-stress
