It's hard to believe we are at the end of October, the clocks have changed, schools are having their mid term break and Christmas is only 2 months away! November sees a few key National Awareness Days - I have decided to support the National Stress Awareness Day and run a FREE live stream class on Wednesday 4th November at 1.30pm.

The next block of classes starts on Wednesday 4th November and will run for 6 weeks. I will continue to provide sanitised mats and equipment for each class and they will be positioned before your arrival. Hand sanitiser is available as you enter the class, as is my QR code for you to scan. Other than a bottle of water and a pair of socks, please bring as few personal items as possible. If you have any concerns or queries about returning to class, the COVID measures I have put in to place, or my risk assessment, please do contact me and I will be happy to have a chat with you. Further information will be included in your confirmation and reminder emails.
For all other classes throughout November, Live Stream or Pre-recorded I will be using a Pilates mini ball, 7" or 9" - you can purchase from a well known online store offering next day delivery! I look forward to seeing you! Sue
