Pilates at The Station in Richmond
All of the Pilates mat classes at The Station are small in number and mixed ability with the exception of the 12.00 on Thursdays which leans towards beginners. Classes are currently held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings - all mats and equipment are provided.
I advise all who are new to Pilates to join me for an Introductory 60 minute 1:1 Session. The session introduces the principals and benefits of Pilates through movement, alignment, breathing, centering, and strength. We look at how your body moves, taking you through the beginner exercises to challenge and progress you to the next level. We discuss the best options for you before joining a group session. Please email for 1:1 information
