A 1:1 Pilates Session - suspended
I advise all who are new to Pilates to join me for a 1:1 session prior to joining a class.
The 60 minute session introduces the principals and benefits of Pilates through:
We look at how your body moves, taking you through the beginner exercises to challenge and progress you to the next level.
We discuss the best options for you whether it be further 1:1 sessions or joining a class.
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong centre and improving coordination and balance.
Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified in range of ability from beginner to advanced , teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. No matter how old or fit you are, it will work for you!
